Meeting Minutes

 

Date: Thursday, March 27, 2008

Time: 6:30 p.m.

Location: Fire Station

Purpose: Selection of Architect/Builder

 

1. Call to order: The meeting was called to order by Team Leader, Jim Grenier @ 6:35 p.m.

 

2. Review of past minutes: There were no minutes to review as the last four meetings were spent interviewing companies interested in assisting with the development of our municipal building.

 

3. Poll all members of the Committee: Each member present was given the opportunity to express their choice and why, whether or not they were able to have a vote.

 

4. Vote: A vote was taken of each member of the Building Team and MacMillin/Turner was selected.

 

5. Preferred method of notification of selected group: It was decided to have Jim call the two groups not chosen and then call MacMillin, pending approval by the select board.

 

6. Meeting with selected group to discuss contract (subject to Town Counsel): There was discussion about our next step in this process and it was decided to have our next meeting be with the Planning Board.

 

7. Date & Location of next meeting: Next meeting will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2008 @ 7 pm @ the fire station.
